• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, Austin Outdoor Studio, LLC ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Austin Outdoor Studio, LLC ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. It is most important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. · Ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt. It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign. If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt. With the proper documentation, Austin Outdoor Studio, LLC will be happy to assist you in any freight damage claim. Back Ordered Items: When Steel Planters have a back ordered status, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. The Parker has a 4-6 week lead time.




• Sales Tax

• All Items ordered in the state of TX will be charged an additional 8.25% sales tax




• Warranties

• Austin Outdoor Studio, LLC wants you to feel confident with your purchase. We stand behind our products by offering a warranty that covers quality workmanship, materials, and against defects in production for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase. We do not cover any cases of misuse or intentional destructive use of our products. Should you have a problem that is covered under this warranty we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges both to and from our facility.

  Our Steel Planters are made from hot rolled steel and thus will have varying patterns of colors and heat marks that make our planters unique. This dark gray color called mill scale will gradually change to a deep brown natural rust color. The length of this process will vary depending on the climate where the planters are installed. We do not recommend our raw steel planters to be installed in coastal communities where the salt in the air will rapidly corrode the steel planters.

   




• Return Policy

• Custom Item Returns 
  If an item was ordered with a customization, i.e. house numbers, special dimensions, or letters, it cannot
   be returned for reasons other than warranty issues. 
  
  General Returns 
  Items that are not customized can be returned within 15 days from the shipment date for a
  15% restocking fee + the cost of shipping. Your refund can only be put back onto the card from which
  your item was purchased with. 
  
  Returns of this nature must be delivered in the new condition it was received. The product cannot have 
  obvious wear and tear, rust, or scratches. A refund will only be issued once the product has been
   received in said condition. This refund method can take up to two to three weeks depending on your
   product condition and bank.
